By using the AutoY app, you agree to these terms of use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Use of the Service

AutoY allows users to post, view, and manage car listings. You agree to use the app in a legal and respectful manner.

2. Account Creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

3. Content Posted

You are solely responsible for the content you post (listings, photos, descriptions). AutoY reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with the law or these terms.

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deleting your account will remove all associated personal data.

5. Online Payment

Payments made within the app are secure and processed via Apple In-App Purchases (IAP). Before making a payment, you must:

• Verify the total amount displayed.
• Accept these terms of use.

For paid listings:

• All listings posted in AutoY are paid.
• By paying for a listing via IAP, the user agrees that AutoY reserves the right to refuse the listing if it does not comply with the terms or contains incorrect information (e.g., invalid phone number, inappropriate content).
• All transactions made via IAP are subject to the rules, policies, and terms established by Apple.

Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation directly from Apple. Any technical issues should be reported immediately to AutoY at: AutoYcars@outlook.com.

6. Liability

AutoY cannot be held responsible for interactions between users or transactions conducted outside the app. We are not responsible for technical errors related to Apple’s IAP systems.

7. Data Protection

The information collected while using the app and payments made via IAP are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment data is never stored on our servers and is managed exclusively by Apple.

8. Changes

AutoY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed via the app or email in case of significant changes.
